McNickles named Hawley Award winner

Joyce McNickles was named the 2016 winner of the Eleanor Hawley Human Rights Award by the Worcester Human Rights Commission.

McNickles, a human rights activist, social justice practitioner, and racial justice educator and leader, will be honored at the Human Rights Day Celebration Dec. 10 at the YWCA of Central Mass., 1 Salem Square.
