So, congratulations to all the farmers out there, I guess. And, good luck — it’s your time to shine! Wednesday, Aug. 10 — Summer Urban Street Hockey Tour, 6-8 p.m., Buffone Arena, 284 Lake Ave.  This is a pretty cool idea. Gotta figure by about this point in the summer, all the typical city-life vacation activities — spray parks, walks to the ice cream place, dirtbike races down Canterbury — are played out. So, of course, state government to the rescue! No, seriously, the Department of Conservation and Recreation collaborated with a hockey training school run by NHL veterans to put on a series of three-session clinics for inner-city youth across the state.
