Restaurant Week begins tomorrow at more than 40 restaurants

The August edition of Worcester Restaurant Week 2016 begins tomorrow and runs through Aug. 13.

Three-course meals costing $24.16 are available at more than 40 restaurants.

Worcester Community Action Council has named Robert Scherer director of finance.

WCAC names director of finance

Worcester Community Action Council recently appointed Robert Scherer new director of finance, one of the agency’s top posts. A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Scherer said he is pleased to be coming back to Worcester.
