$18M-plus Canal District rink plan nears more deals, Rucker says |  Worcester Railers HC owner Cliff Rucker said negotiations are ongoing with a number of area high schools and colleges to claim a permanent home at the Railers-run rink. Worcester Public Schools athletic director David Shea said Tuesday the team has contacted school officials. Patrick Sargent reports on the latest.
