Sunday, April 24 — “The Pirates of Penzance,” presented by the Assumption College Department of Art, Music and Theatre, 2-4:30 p.m., Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts, 2 Southbridge St. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll wonder how Gilbert and Sullivan ever managed to create all their indelible, timeless sounds without Pharrell or Kanye producing.
Then, if you can pull yourself together — you’re kind of all over the place — you’ll revel in Assumption’s eighth annual spring production to grace the Hanover stage.
